All Shipping methods, except Deep Grass Grower Trucks, are at the customers risk. If you have a claim regarding a Deep Grass Grower Truck delivery, have the driver call our office before leaving your location.All claims for shipping damage must be filed with the carrier.For orders to be shipped via Deep Grass Grower Trucks please call for quote.In order to keep delivery costs at a minimum we suggest combing orders with other customers in your area.
UPS GROUND & AIR SHIPMENTS
When placing a claim on UPS ground or Air shipments, the carriers require that all merchandise be inspected for damage upon receipt.Please report any visible carton damage at once before signing for material. Keep all damaged shipping material, i.e box, as the carrier may send a representative to inspect the packaging.All UPS Ground and Air orders ship at the customers Risk.
